Monet's Garden Marmottan in Kitagawa Village

北川村「モネの庭」マルモッタン(Kitagawamura Monenoniwa Marmottan):
Experience a real life version of Monet's world
Everything to do with French impressionist painter Claude Monet.
Kitagawa Village “Monet's Garden” Marmottan is a reproduction of the world depicted in the famous painting Monet's Garden.
Monet loved his garden in Giverny, France. It's said that when he wasn't creating, he devoted his time to gardening. The garden, set amongst Kochi's natural beauty, revives this idea of Monet and is the only place in the world permitted to carry the name of Monet's garden.
Be inspired by the beauty of each season with over 70,000 flowers and plants to see. The popular blue water lilies can be admired from around late June to early November.
