The fusion food that quickly became popular among locals is a mix of Chinese style noodles and Japanese style udon soup broth. The name of the dish chu-nichi soba literally means “Chinese-Japanese noodles", and the combination of the broth and noodles is perfect. Another specialty of the restaurant is their gyoza dumplings packed full of locally grown garlic chives.
