The guides at Niyodogawa Outdoor Center will take you to a beautiful basin fed with water from Yasui Gorge, one of the best spots in the area to see the incredible Niyodo Blue color of the river. As the activities take place in a sheltered area, this is an ideal spot for kayaking and SUP(Standup paddleboading) beginners to give it a try. They can even take drone footage of your experience, so be sure to ask when booking.
After your adventure, be sure to stop for a tea-flavored treat at nearby Ikegawa Chaen. Outdoor enthusiasts can also spend the night at one of the many campgrounds along the clear river.
