Yuki Koyo basecamp is a stone's throw away from the Aso Chinkabashi submersible bridge, one of the most picturesque of the Niyodo River’s iconic submersible bridges that has recently garnered attention due to it being the model for the location of Mamoru Hosoda’s 2021 animated film “BELLE”.
This is a lovely stretch of the Niyodo River, famous for its unparalleled clarity, and the perfect place for messing about in the water. Yuki Koyo proudly provides river activities for all generations for everyone from 5 years of age, all led by professional guides.
Activities include SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard), ZAB (a very stable kind of paddle board that is great for kids and even pets) and rafting (in 4 and 8 person rafts). Choose from morning or afternoon tours, or make a day of it with a “Mixed Tour” combining activities with a tasty lunch provided in between. Sunset tours are also available during the July and August summer season.
