Located at the south exit of JR Kochi Station, Kochi Tourist Information Center "Tosa Terrace" is proving tourist information on the entire prefecture. English-speaking staff are stationed at the "i" information center. Here you can find pamflets in each language, and get information on seasonal recommendations - the perfect way to start your trip!
Inside the same building, there is a display called "Ryoma-den: Bakumatsu Heroes Pavilion" a representation of a set used in a drama about Sakamoto Ryoma, a great historical figure. There is also an area where you can try on kimono costumes and dress as a Japanese of the Edo Period (1603-1868). Photo op! Click Click Click!!
There is a limited number of rental bicycles and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend you show up around opening time (8:30am).
