Cherry blossoms and ice cream after a lovely hike

Located over an hour-drive from Kochi City, near the traditional paper-making town of Ino, is a family-owned strawberry farm. During the spring at Berry Nouen Yamamoto, you can enjoy hanami (cherry blossom-viewing) while savoring their special ice cream parfait, which features a generous amount of the juiciest and sweetest strawberries

What’s amazing about this location is that the crystal clear Nikobuchi plunge pool and waterfall is only 15 minutes away by car. After hiking through the glorious woods and witnessing the surreal Niyodo Blue color of the pool, stop by Berry Nouen Yamamoto for a refreshing (and obligatory!) bite of ice cream under the soft pink cherry trees
