Monet's “Meadow with Poplars” in real life
About a 10-minute shuttle bus ride from Nahari Station is Monet’s Garden Marmottan in Kitagawa Village. This wonderland of flowers boasts three different areas modeled after Monet’s paintings, and it’s a must-see for art, nature and gardening lovers
From March 1st to April 10th, they are holding an evening event called TULIP, TULIP. They created a tulip hill inspired by Monet’s famous painting “Meadow with Poplars,” planting 25,000 tulips of 22 different types. They are expecting the tulips to fully bloom around March 15th - 20th (but this may be affected by the weather and temperature, so please check their social media for updates if you are interested!)
