"Yuzu is without a doubt one of my top 3 favorite fruits ever since the fateful day I tasted it. I'm a shameless addict!
I eat and drink it in everything!
This precious citrus fruit is the queen of Kochi Prefecture (Shikoku) and NOVEMBER IS HARVESTING season!
We cut these pretty little diamonds off the EXTREMELY THORNY yuzu tree! My heart burst a few times in the process, but no humans nor yuzu were hurt in the process."
