Farmer’s Restaurant ‘Kusabuki’

Taste Kochi: Stop by the ‘Kusabuki’ Farmer’s Restaurant

A stone’s throw from the Kanzaiko rice terraces in Yusuhara-cho, ‘Kusabuki’ offers a welcome rest point for travelers through this area.

This farmer’s restaurant offers a menu called “Dappan Teishoku”, named after Sakamoto Ryoma’s exploits in escaping through this part of Kochi. They specialise in locally-caught pheasant and Yusuhara soba – it’s certainly a feast worthy of any samurai.
