Light festival at Monet’s Garden
Only in Kochi: Light festival at Monet’s Garden!
A light festival will be held every Saturdays and Sundays from October 31st to December 13th at Monet’s Garden Marmottan, located in Kitagawa Village.
It is an evening event with special illuminations bringing to light the enchanting beauty of the ponds and the famous Japanese autumn foliage (momiji).
This year, the newly open Bordighera Garden is in the center of the attention during this festival.
Visitors can also experience a reproduction of Monet's ideal garden, by joining a very special evening event from 5pm.
The illuminations are only switched on when the sky is dark, so that visitors can enjoy the changing colors of the sunset.
Autumn is the perfect time for an unforgettable experience in the only Monet’s garden created outside of France!
