Take a drive along the Pacific Ocean and enjoy the atmosphere of the pilgrimage site Shoryuji

In Kochi, there is a 19-km road called Yokonami Kuroshio Line, going from Tosa to Susaki, from where both the magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and Shikoku mountains can be enjoyed.
When the weather is good, drivers can even see Cape Ashizuri.
If you have the opportunity to take a drive on Yokonami Kuroshio Line, we recommend that you also visit the 36th temple of the Shikoku Pilgrimage called Shoryuji, in Tosa. Built by Kobo Daishi, one of the best-known and most-beloved Buddhist monks in Japan, the temple is considered as a national important cultural property.
Kochi Prefecture is the perfect place to commune with nature and Japanese culture, don't you think so?
