Enjoy 400 years of history through the old buildings of Sakawa. Known for its sake breweries, Sakawa sports rows of the charming, white buildings that stretch down the road. You also should chill out at a cafe in a traditional-style Japanese house. It's one of the best places to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom at the end of March, but the blossoms at Makino Park and Sakawa Town Hall are also worth checking out.
