Kickstart spring with a ~tuliptastic~ burst of color
Monet’s Garden Marmottan in the lovely Kitagawa Village reopened at the beginning of this month after the winter maintenance period, and it’s kicking off spring with a blaze of vibrant color featuring over 25,000 tulips!
During the annual TULIP, TULIP event, more than 20 different varieties bloom across an idyllic landscape, typically peaking from around March 10th to 20th (although this can vary depending on the weather). It’s a breathtaking scene that draws inspiration from “Meadow with Poplars”, a painting the beloved artist Claude Monet completed in 1875
