With advance notice, many of Kochi's hotels will prepare vegetarian and vegan meals using the freshest local produce. The Hotel Seira Shimanto on the Shimanto River creates multi-course meals that are not only delicious, but beautiful too. Our dishes had meat and fish-eaters at neighboring tables craning their necks! With well-appointed rooms overlooking the Shimanto River, stargazing and easy access to a cycle and kayak terminal, the Hotel makes for an excellent base while exploring this gorgeous area.
