Mukai Craft Brewing is a brewpub located in the beautiful town of Niyodogawa-cho, Kochi!
Blue Brew, the name of the taproom, serves “Delicious craft beers in mountain paradise”, as described by owners Masako and Kenneth Mukai.
After many years living in California Masako and Kenneth moved to Niyodogawa-cho with a mission to revitalize Niyodogawa-cho through their unique beers and American style taproom.
Kenneth was an experienced homebrewer. He experimented with various ingredients grown in Niyodogawa-cho to come up with recipes for delicious beers to represent Niyodogawa-cho, including "2410" (Belgian White with ginger and sansho), "439" (Green tea IPA) and "17" (Satsuma Imo Stout).
Visitors can taste these and other unique beers at "BLUE BREW" taproom.
