The perfect spot to celebrate the new year

Perched on a cliff facing the dynamic Pacific Ocean, Sea House has to be one of the most spectacular places to enjoy a meal in Japan. Surrounded by large windows on all sides, it almost feels like you are floating in the air, as you enjoy the seemingly infinite sea stretching out in front of you

At least for me, of all the places I could choose to celebrate the new year, I think Sea House is hard to beat because the dynamic ocean view offers two important things. First, the serenity to reflect on the past year and feel grateful for all that I have experienced. Second, the strength to feel ready and excited to take on what’s to come. To me, the ocean has always represented both of these feelings–serenity and strength–which I tend to seek before the year ends. Not to mention, the food here is absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of Japanese and western-style dishes. No celebration is complete without a scrumptious meal, of course!
